Pet Friendly Apartments in Orlando

Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Estates at Park Avenue we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That's why we are a pet friendly community. We love your pets as much as you do. 

Not only will your four legged family member find a welcoming place to call home, your pet will also be able to take advantage of their own special amenities such as doggie clean up stations, yappy hour events and while on a leash, plenty of grass to run and play in. Your cat will love our sunny window sills and screened patios too.  Our community is friend of the Humane Society and a proud sponsor of pet adoption day. For your convenience, we have a complete listing of groomers, boarders, trainers, sitters and pet stores in our office as well as special treats. 

• Maximum of 2 indoor pets per apartment
• Weight limit (one or combined) not to exceed 50 lbs
• Breed Restrictions do apply*
• Pet Fee: $200.00 for one pet, $300.00 for 2 pets. Currently waiving the deposit.
• Service Animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal.
